  • After Service Delivery: Once the service has been started or completed, cancellations are not possible. As our services are delivered promptly after an order is placed, we cannot refund or cancel services that have already been initiated.
  • Subscription Cancellations: If you have subscribed to any ongoing service or recurring payments, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refund will be issued for services already delivered during the billing period. Cancellations will prevent future payments from being charged, but we do not refund partial amounts for completed services.

    • If there are issues related to your account (suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by the platform) after the order is processed.
    • For changes in the scope or requirements after the order has been placed.
  • How to Request a Refund: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of your order delivery. Make sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots). We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  • Refund Process: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
